Management

Renaissance is a self managed community.  General Manager, Amanda Francis, and Manager Assistant, Noemi Gonzalez Vazquez, are dedicated to assisting all owners in enjoying their homes and community to the fullest extent.

The management office is located on level 2, above the Mellow Massage storefront.  To visit the office, take elevator 6 (nearest the BBQs) to level "2R", or take the East Courtyard staircase on First Avenue and enter through the gate on level 2.

Maintenance

The Renaissance has its own engineering and maintenance staff.  Building Engineer, Doug Malesza, has two assistants, Cosme Tablas and David Nahigian. They work Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.  As an Owner you are able to schedule individual in-unit repairs and handy man maintenance jobs through the Desk Attendant in each building.  The engineering staff rates are reasonable (for an up-to-date price list check with the Desk Attendant), and the service they provide is good and professional. Having them perform work is not only convenient but also has the benefit of their general knowledge of the Renaissance building and systems.

Desk Attendants

The Desk Attendants are available 24 hours a day to assist Owners and Residents in reporting items of concern related to maintenance, building access, and other community related items. The Desk Attendants can be contacted at (619) 595-7070.
